20 min morning run, pretty normal except everyone was antsy and i saw carson was going normal and just letting us go ham so i kinda held it back to save up for the race.
ran whole course for warm up, then race. this was my first good race this season and it was about the time i got at the hurricane road race which during the summer pre-injury (and that felt more like tempo). I think after xc camp and the few weeks after it that i was injured really took a lot out of me and now im ready to actually start pushing past what ive done before. im not exactly where i wanted to be during summer training but after having a descent race i still think i can get there. 3 miles of cool.
