55 mins. Started off really good. My hip was still hurting but it didn't feel like it was grinding and it was super easy to ignore. The first mile of tempo was pretty cheese, but the second one took a bit more out of me. As I was shooting for the third lap I was doing fine, but out of nowhere I saw Corbin drop off and all of a sudden it felt like I was running with an anchor. For a second Alex took it from me but it just hit me again and I stopped. I wish I had said I needed to go to the front and let the rest of the team carry the anchor. I'm planning on next tempo to be the time I break through. Weights and 15 mins run
