50 mins. Today my hip grinding came back in full force, especially on the hill by the construction area. I fell back for a little bit but then I ran back up and stuck around for a bit. Then I fell off, but I also caught up again. I really just wanted to stop and stretch and get taped and ice. When I saw Jose and Parker flip I thoight I might as well, but if I was injuring myself already I probably should have just stuck with the team for those extra few minutes and got the benefit out of it. I also only did 4 striders because that was when I felt the worst. Planning on icing my hip for quite a while today and doing yoga, as well as anything else that helps
