50 mins. 10 warm, 3 tempo, 3 thresh, 5 cv, 5 cv, 3 thresh, 3 tempo, 10 cool. before practice even started colton threw me a lacrosse stick and so i ran down off the stairs to the field to go play with him, but once i was off the stairs my knee started killing. i kept messing around with colton but whenever i had to run for the ball it would hurt a ton. then we were finally gonna start stretching so i told  cooper about it but said i'll just stretch and start the warm up and see how it feels. it went away basically as i started stretching so that was neat. but while coach was talking about the workout to all of us i was straightening out my leg and seeing what was up, and once it got to a certain point it would start to hurt. i did the warm up and felt fine tho. then we started the workout and everything was going smoothly. nathan was pushing the pace sometimes and so i would try and pull us back so we wouldnt go too fast, but we still ended up going fast quite a bit. after we finished all the cv stuff and moved back onto thresh and tempo i was doing it right on time and everything but my form was getting a little lazy, and so , i think it was the 3rd threshhold but im not sure, my foot was landing more in front of my knee and heel striking and i triggered my knee again. i dropped off to not hurt it and went and told coach that i think i overextended it but it turns out its called hyperextending so that was dumb. but by the time i was telling coach it felt fine again but then i tried to show him what i did and straightened my knee and that hurt worse than when i did it while running so i went and sat down to let it ease again, but it would only hurt for like a minute or two whenever i hurt it so it wasnt that bad of a problem. anyways it doesnt seem like a big problem except when im walking, standing, or pivoting. running is completely fine if i dont run like a fool so i'll just stretch it and roll it and itll be good. i did the cool and went home, good first workout of track season.
