milage probably off because of workout
25 min morning run, felt a little tired but thats okay.
60 min afternoon workout. 15 warm, 4 strides, and 5x1000s for workout. the first 2 were pretty basic in getting over. the 3rd was where it got rough. the 4th one was where i really contemplated at least falling off a little because most people behind me were not with the lead group but i made myself stay with them. i did a little over half of the 5th one and i got pretty mad at myself for dropping off but i decided to shake it off and just tell myself that it happens and just to get over it. Julien talked to me afterwards and i told him that lately ive really been focusing on staying with the pack and making sure i never wuss out of anything but today i let myself do it even if it was only for some of the work out. Julien told me that everyone has those days and it made me feel better because i did basically the whole workout just fine and that that was just a thing that happens everynow and then. 10 of cool
